Bartek 45ad316876 Add shadows to the Code block and its header 
The dark surface blended with dark cards. The block gets a soft shadow
all around and the header bar a shadow on the code below it. Both are
themeable through --tblr-code-block-box-shadow and
--tblr-code-block-header-box-shadow.

Bartek 6f3529f948 Add Code block component 
Adds .code-block: a dark surface around a pre with an optional header
(title and language), a copy button that uses the Clipboard plugin, line
numbers, highlighted lines and a max height variant. Ships with the
CodeBlock shared component, a demo page, a docs page with the class
reference, menu entries and a screenshot page.
