Bartek 6ee2444d45 Fix OTP input to validate numeric config and non-text input types 
Clamp the resolved length to a sane range, validate `groups` as an
array of positive integers, and coerce any input type other than
text/tel to text so setSelectionRange doesn't throw.

Fixes #3204
