Raise the bundlewatch limits for tabler.js again
...
The bundle with PhoneInput is 68.4 kB gzip and 46.0 kB minified, so the
limits go to 70 kB and 47 kB.

Add PhoneInput component
...
A type=tel input gets a country picker built on the Combobox, with flags,
dial codes and search. It formats the number while typing, detects the
country from a number with a dial code, and gives the full number in the
international form. Raise the bundlewatch limits for tabler.js.
