Bartek 0f9ee3edb9 Match the combobox search font to the items and space it evenly 
The search field now uses the font size of the items under it, and the
space around it comes from two variables: combobox-search-gap for the top
and bottom, and combobox-search-gap-x for the sides.

Bartek 653a9aa4f4 Add PhoneInput component 
A type=tel input gets a country picker built on the Combobox, with flags,
dial codes and search. It formats the number while typing, detects the
country from a number with a dial code, and gives the full number in the
international form. Raise the bundlewatch limits for tabler.js.

Bartek a0c090bde0 Scroll only the combobox list and add data-display, data-hint 
Wrap the items in .combobox-list so the search field stays in place while
the list scrolls, make the search field small, open a long list at the
chosen item, show data-display in the toggle and data-hint in the menu, and
set the menu min-width from script because the CSS variable was prefixed.

Bartek 1fd65714a2 Extend Combobox: examples, shortcut and badge in toggle, button trigger 
Add flags, payments, shortcuts, avatars, status, logos and badge examples.
Show kbd and badge of the selected item in the toggle, always render the
toggle as a button, keep icon size fixed and leave room for icon shadows.

Bartek 85f095cd4d Add Combobox component 
Markup-first select replacement built on the dropdown menu, with search,
multiple selection, form submission and keyboard support. It can also
enhance a native <select> (optgroups, tags with +N overflow, rich options,
container), so it can replace Tom Select later.
