Bartek efd46f1c79 Add Transfer component (dual listbox) 
Two lists with buttons between them to move rows from available to selected and back, with search, select all, reordering and a hidden select multiple that keeps a form in sync. Raises the bundlewatch limit for minified JS to 44 kB.
