codecalm 7a06c66954 Add click events and country selection to the vector map 
- regionclick, markerclick and selected events
- select option with single and multiple modes, getSelected() and setSelected()
- a drag starts after 4 px, so a click on a zoomable map reaches the country

- world map generated from Natural Earth, shipped as tabler-vector-map.js and maps/world.js
