codecalm 02499be091 Fix Prettier formatting in core SCSS files 
pnpm run lint failed on dev: these files had style deviations
(missing space around +/>/== operators, @else placement) that
predate the lint-prettier glob covering core/scss/**. No behavior
change, formatting only.
