Bartek 1d9d9af77b Improve text contrast of buttons, badges and alerts, and lighten key colors in dark mode ...

Pick `-fg` with a 3:1 minimum, add `--tblr-*-text` tokens for outline and ghost buttons, `.bg-*-lt` badges and alerts, and darken `$azure`, `$orange`, `$teal`, `$cyan` so white text holds up in the browser.
Lighten blue, indigo, purple, pink and red in dark mode, and clamp out-of-gamut colors in `luminance()`.
