codecalm 874897218f Add the VectorMap plugin and move the vector map demos to it

- world map generated from Natural Earth, shipped as tabler-vector-map.js and maps/world.js
- values, markers, lines, tooltip and zoom
- demo, docs and screenshots no longer load jsVectorMap
