Jo-Philipp Wich cbf6d42c33 luci-lib-px5g: drop package ...

This Lua binding for the PolarSSL based certificate generation logic
contains some buffer overflows in its vendored sources and did not
have an in-tree user since over ten years, so remove it entirely.
