kernel: r8168/r8125/r8126: update PKG_SOURCE_URL

Browse Source 
r8168, r8125 and r8126 have been transferred from https://github.com/noltari to
https://github.com/openwrt.
The old URL should still work after the transfer, but let's update it anyway.
