Manually adjusted symbols:
- SOC_SAMA7D65: SAMA7D65 family
- PAGE_BLOCK_MAX_ORDER: Page Block Order Upper Limit
- SPI_POLARFIRE_SOC: Microchip FPGA SPI controllers
All other kernel config symbols are automatically refreshed by
`make kernel_oldconfig`.

target/linux/generic disables CONFIG_VT and this fragment switches it
back on, along with the dummy console and the console translations.
No fbdev or DRM display driver is enabled here, so the terminal has
nothing to bind to; it is kernel size every image pays for. Drop it.
The serial console is unaffected and INPUT stays enabled in its own
right.

The Atmel HLCDC DRM driver drives the display here. CONFIG_VT is off on
this subtarget and generic leaves FB_DEVICE off, so DRM fbdev emulation
added helper code with neither a console nor a /dev/fb node to show for
it. Drop it.

ext4 was added for the SD card images in commit 1b368f1641 ("at91: Add
ext4 filesystem"), but root.ubi and factory.bin are built for ext4 as
well. These put the ext4 file system into a UBI volume, which can only
be used read-only through ubiblock, so the images are of no use.
Build root.ubi and factory.bin for squashfs and ubifs only, while the
SD card images are still built for ext4.

The display target feature gates every DRM module, but it says nothing
useful: it is set on ten targets, so a mediatek/mt7623 board can have a
display while a filogic board with a MIPI DBI panel cannot, and rockchip
claims it for a NanoPi R2S as much as for a Rock 5B. Whether a board
drives a panel is a per-device choice, not a property of the SoC family.
The DRM and V4L2 nodes also end up 0600 root:root, so a display server
runs as root or not at all.
Add a video-support package which allocates the video and video-capture
groups and installs the hotplug rules for the DRM and V4L2 nodes, and
make the modules depend on it. The dependency is a plain one, not a
select, so the modules are offered once the feature is chosen. Targets
whose display drivers are built into the kernel carry the package in
DEFAULT_PACKAGES, since no module pulls it in for them, and the one
device profile that ships a DRM module on another target lists it
directly. DISPLAY_SUPPORT stays for now, so this changes no existing
selection.

Currently, building at91 subtargets via image builder will fail as the
required built at91bootstrap is not present in the image builder at all
since its presumed to be in the binary directory which obviously does not
exist yet.
So, lets install the at91bootstrap binary into image staging directory and
use that instead

Currently, kmod-usb-ohci,kmod-at91-udc and kmod-usb-gadget-eth are included
as the default packages for all at91 subtargets.
However, this is breaking image builder as kmod-at91-udc is not being built
on sama7 since it depends on USB_SUPPORT and sama7 does not have USB support
enabled in the kernel as its not supported upstream so its not even
selectable in the config.
So, move to include these as default packages only for sama5 and sama9x as
both of those have USB support enabled.

The CONFIG_NET_SWITCHDEV option is needed by CONFIG_DSA and some other
options. It is boolean, we have to compile it into the kernel it self.
Activate it for all targets in the generic configuration, it is already
activated for most of them. This allows to install DSA drivers as a
module.
On the ramips/mt7620 target the kernel would grown by 4.5kB.
For some small targets which do not support a DSA switch by default the
option is deactivated.

Kconfig symbols CONFIG_VIDEO_MICROCHIP_CSI2DC, CONFIG_VIDEO_MICROCHIP_ISC
and CONFIG_VIDEO_MICROCHIP_XISC are missing for sama5 and sama7 causing
the build to abort or waiting for user input. Add the symbols (disabled)
so build with Linux 6.6 succeeds.
