generic: drop downstream gpio-cascade driver
...
The single user of the downstream gpio-cascade driver has been switched
to use the upstream gpio-line-mux driver. Thus, we can drop the former
now.

Once kernel 6.6 support ends, its dependencies will become redundant.
Remove them and keep only those for kernel 6.12.

Since we have the 'GPIO support' menu, it is strange to look up
gpio related modules in 'Other modules' menu. So move these
modules and put them in the gpio menu.
