Both features describe an SoC family, which is the wrong granularity: a
mediatek/mt7623 board claims a display while a filogic board with a MIPI
DBI panel cannot, and rockchip claims audio for a NanoPi R2S as much as
for a Rock 5B. The audio-support and video-support packages carry that
information per image, and the modules depend on them.
Drop both features from every target that declares them.

The CONFIG_NET_SWITCHDEV option is needed by CONFIG_DSA and some other
options. It is boolean, we have to compile it into the kernel it self.
Activate it for all targets in the generic configuration, it is already
activated for most of them. This allows to install DSA drivers as a
module.
On the ramips/mt7620 target the kernel would grown by 4.5kB.
For some small targets which do not support a DSA switch by default the
option is deactivated.

The target was marked source-only due do the broken Ethernet port on
some devices. With that fixed, it can be enabled again.

The new cpsw-switch driver reserves VLAN 1 for internal use, which
conflicts with the default network configuration of OpenWrt.
Switch back to the older cpsw driver to make the network connection on
the affected devices (BeagleBone Black and AM335x EVM) usable again.

All targets are bumped to 5.15. Remove the old 5.10 patches, configs
and files using:
find target/linux -iname '*-5.10' -exec rm -r {} \;
Further, remove the 5.10 include.

Switch to kernel 5.15 although it is marked as source only. It is marked
as source only because the eth0 interface can't be added to the br-lan
default interface resulting in a broken ethernet [0]. There is a
workaround to set a higher pvd (e.g. to 4000) in the dts [1].
Other functionality was already tested on a Beaglebone Black for
+6month now without issues.
Merging this is important to finally branch a new release. We want to
get rid completely of 5.10 kernel. Without this commit we get following
error: "Missing kernel version/hash file for 5.10." Hopfully someone
will fix the board in the rc phase.

The target is currently broken with Kernel 5.15 and no one in sight to
fix it. Instead of stalling the next release indefinitely, make it
source only and see if someone steps up to fix it.

All targets expect the malta target already activate the CONFIG_GPIOLIB
option. Move it to generic kernel configuration and also activate it for
malta.

This is now built-in, enable so it won't propagate on target configs.
