Run a dropbear instance in a VRF, using the procd 'vrf' parameter: config dropbear option vrf '<dev>' dropbear starts before the network, when the VRF device doesn't exist yet. Don't start the instance at boot, the interface triggers start it later. An instance without interfaces is started when any interface comes up.
