Felix Fietkau 764a1c0b7d unetd: derive the DHT id from board-base.json ...

/etc/board.json contains runtime wlan data, which can differ with the
time of wiphy detection. board-base.json holds only the board.d data.
The DHT id changes once after the upgrade.
