The internal PHYs of the QCA8327/8334/8337 switches are handled by the qca83xx PHY driver. Without it they silently fall back to genphy and lose the chip-specific setup and fixups. Every device using kmod-dsa-qca8k already pulls it in manually except the MikroTik RB960PGS, which was missing it. Add the dependency, like other DSA packages do with their PHY drivers, and drop the now-redundant device package entries.
