sparse set PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL, which a host build does not read, so it built with one job. Use HOST_BUILD_PARALLEL: 6.6 s -> 1.3 s. It builds five times out of five with the job server, and each build installs files that are identical to those of a serial build. Signed-off-by: John Crispin <john@phrozen.org>
