Daniel Golle 8b767c4bd5 mipi-dbi: mark as non-shared, drop tool from tree ...

As the MIPI-DBI firmware blobs are carrying target-dependencies to only
be available and get built for the targets they are actually used by,
the package needs to be flagged as 'nonshared'.

While at it, remove the duplicated firmware compiler and instead use the
(archived) upstream repo it came from.
