ext4 was added in commit e824864ede ("ixp4xx: Add ext4 and rootfs-part
to features") for machines mounting root from an external hard drive.
The ext4 rootfs.bin is only published gzipped, because the build system
implicitly gzips ext4 images.
In preparation for dropping the implicit gzip, build rootfs.bin for
squashfs only and add rootfs.bin.gz for ext4, which is gzipped
explicitly. The published file names stay the same.
