Felix Fietkau 22e7917d8e mac80211: hwsim: make the interface limit of a radio a parameter ...

Add the max_interfaces module parameter. A radio combines up to 2048
interfaces, and userspace that derives the number of BSSes of a radio
from the interface combinations reports that value. The default stays
2048.
