Daniel Golle 51ee3fa19a fbtest: remove the fbdev test tool ...

The tool opens /dev/fb0 and mmaps it. Legacy fbdev and DRM fbdev
emulation are gone from every target except the exempt ones, so the
device node it needs is absent there. Nothing depends on the package.
