Robert Marko d374b6e974 mac80211: ath11k: add NVMEM caldata support ...

Add support for getting the caldata via NVMEM cells.

It will first try to use the ath10k style calibration NVMEM cells, and then
failover to the existing file based loading.

It should allow dropping most of the userspace caldata loading.
