phram exposes a physical memory range as a read-write MTD device. This can be used to access RAM regions reserved by firmware or described in the device tree. Of particular interest, phram nodes carved out of the reserved region can survive soft reboots, making it a useful primitive to pass one-shot bootenv overrides to uboot (fw_setenv -c) without the risk of bricking, having to wire up a serial console etc. This patch does the kernel module enablement, paving the way for potential userspace integrations further down the line (ubus, procd, sysupgrade etc.) Run-tested on Linksys E8450 (UBI) with OpenWrt uboot.
