Nick Hainke a000ba05a4 kernel: netsupport: add kmod-sched-dualpi2 
Add the Dual Queue Coupled AQM (RFC 9332) queuing discipline, which
gives L4S traffic a low latency without starving classic traffic. It
is available since kernel 6.17, tc supports it already.
