realtek: pcs: name RX calibration fields and load-in masks ...
Use named FGCAL result, offset-range and RX-run fields in RTL930x
foreground calibration, checking debug selection and read errors. Drop
the diagnostic-only Gray read and derive the range limit from its field
mask.
Share complete load-in masks between reset and calibration helpers,
preserving the undocumented bits used by the known-good sequences.
