Harm Kroon 385021509d realtek: fix race condition in rtl8214fc_media_set ...

There is a similar race condition in rtl8214fc_media_set() as in
rtl8214fc_power_set(). It changes the base PHY's page registers in
separate MDIO bus lock sections, so another port can see the internal
page in between and restore it.

This fix holds the MDIO bus lock for the whole page-select sequence in
rtl8214fc_media_set().
