Chukun Pan 48ce7fbdbd qualcommbe: remove useless cpu erratum ...

This target currently uses cpu erratums for Cortex-A76, Cortex-A510,
Cortex-A710, and Neoverse-N2. The commit 0b25cef also added erratums
for Ampere AmpereOne and Rockchip RK3568. Remove these useless items.
