rockchip: add RV1126 downstream kernel patches ...
Add RV1126 support (USB2 PHY and DWC3, TSADC, clocks, I2C and SPI,
cpufreq, I2S and PDM, VICAP, MIPI CSI-2 D-PHY, VPU, RGA, hwrng) and
describe the SoC in rv1126.dtsi. Import and rewrite the unmerged
crypto driver for RK3568 and RK3588 by Corentin Labbe (AES, hashes);
its RK3568 and RK3588 support is untested. Add a newly written driver
for flash LEDs driven by a PWM channel.
