Julius Bairaktaris 3bab3a63a1 mac80211: reset the LED state when ifup fails ...

Backport upstream commit 78183e833195 ("wifi: mac80211: reset the LED
state when ifup fails"). When the first interface fails to come up, the
throughput LED timer keeps running, and unloading the driver afterwards
frees it while it is still armed.
