Markus Stockhausen f8008c7aea realtek: eth: consolidate net_device_ops ...

The four SoC-specific net_device_ops tables differ only in their RX mode
and feature callbacks.

Move the RX mode callback and RX checksum mask into rteth_cfg and use
shared wrappers with a single net_device_ops table. Preserve the existing
RX mode handlers and checksum control bits for each SoC.

This removes duplicated callback tables without changing driver behavior.
