Shiji Yang 5f3e589549 kernel: add missing Microchip sound kconfig symbols for 6.18 ...

Upstream removed CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC in the 6.18 kernel[1]. As a
result, we must explicitly disable these Microchip sound related
symbols guarded by CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC.
