Daniel Golle 61f19fda28 kernel: add the IMX415 camera sensor module ...

The Sony IMX415 is the sensor on the Radxa Camera 4K and on several
other MIPI CSI-2 modules, and the driver is in the kernel already. Add
kmod-video-imx415 so a board with a camera connector has a sensor to
go with its capture driver.
