Jonas Jelonek 6699d9a747 realtek: pcs: rtl839x: allow 100Base-X, 1000Base-X and SGMII ...

Those modes were commented out so far and thus not usable at all. While
we still lack the proper mode setup, at least allow those modes to be
selected in case a bootloader before already applied all the needed
setup. Also print a warning for those modes.
