A locked bridge port must forward only frames from sources the bridge has authorized. Offload BR_PORT_LOCKED by turning hardware learning off and redirecting frames with an unknown or moved source address to the CPU, through the port's new-address and station-move commands, as mv88e6xxx does for a locked port. The bridge then drops them, or under BR_PORT_MAB records the source as a locked FDB entry, which needs nothing further from the switch.
