route_matches() replaced the only use of route_read(), and nothing calls it any more. RTL930x reads its rows back in its route_matches() and decodes them for the debugfs dump, and RTL838x, which has no L3 setup, never read one. Drop the member and both readers, with the "route type not supported" warning in the RTL930x reader, which could no longer fire. No functional change. Compile-tested on RTL839x, RTL930x and RTL838x.
