Dharmik Parmar 1db7b0b12d wireguard-tools: handle whitespace around list values ...

The ucode split helper keeps empty fields when a string has leading or
trailing whitespace.

Trim string values before splitting so addresses and allowed_ips retain
the old shell handler behavior and do not produce empty entries.
