Yalei Zang 934b7221bd uboot-airoha: enable OF_LIBFDT_OVERLAY support ...

Enable CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT_OVERLAY for the AN7581 and AN7583
EVB defconfigs to support loading and applying device tree
overlays at boot time.
