- update dropbear to latest stable 2026.92;
  for the changes see https://matt.ucc.asn.au/dropbear/CHANGES
- remove previously cherry-picked patches
- cherry-pick upstream patches:
  - avoid out-of-bounds read matching ecdsa curve identifier
- automatically refresh patches
