Daniel Golle a9f9bd074f kernel: add ASoC simple card, HDMI and ES8316 codec modules ...

Package the simple-audio-card and audio-graph-card drivers with their
shared utilities, the HDMI codec used by DRM bridges with an HDMI
audio path, and the Everest ES8316 codec.
