Rustam Adilov a4c2b32ec8 realtek: clocksource: backport upstream patch for __raw reads & writes

Backport the upstream patch for realtek clocksource driver that
changes register access to instead use __raw_readl and __raw_writel
to not cause unnecessary byteswaps with SWAP_IO_SPACE enabled.
