Remove filesystem options no longer present in supported kernels:

CONFIG_NFS_USE_NEW_IDMAPPER: removed in linux-3.4
CONFIG_EXT4_ENCRYPTION: removed in linux-5.1
CONFIG_NFSD_FAULT_INJECTION: removed in linux-5.10
CONFIG_AUTOFS4_FS: removed in linux-6.5
CONFIG_BTRFS_FS_CHECK_INTEGRITY: removed in linux-6.7

reiserfs fixes deferred due to pending removal alongside 6.12.
