Shivansh SainiandCursor 9cbe6ea52f ath79: fix 5 GHz radio on TP-Link Archer C60 v3

Add the QCA9888 calibration variant and its board-specific ipq-wifi
package to the device image. Without this, ath10k requests the generic
board ID 20 entry, which is absent from ath10k-board-qca9888, and fails
to probe.
