Aleksei Sviridkin c2d2d9297b econet: refresh the Airoha pinctrl patch ...

econet carries this patch verbatim from airoha, where its MAINTAINERS
hunk header is right. Three econet patches that add nine lines to
MAINTAINERS apply before it, so the header has been off by that much
since the copy was made.

econet is source-only and therefore absent from the target list CI
builds its matrix from, so the per-target patch check never runs for it
and this stayed invisible.
