Rosen Penev 65712b4927 ath79: mikrotik: use external MDIO for the QCA8337 switch

Move the RB-960PGS/RB-96x switch PHYs from the switch's internal MDIO
bus to the SoC MDIO bus, in line with the other qca8k boards. Internal
offers no benefit when using RGMII.
