Robert Marko d02071c24f generic: config-filter: filter out CONFIG_PAHOLE_HAS_LANG_EXCLUDE 
CONFIG_PAHOLE_HAS_LANG_EXCLUDE is set depending on the pahole version
present, so it must be filtered out.
