qca8k was built into the kernel so the MX65's QCA8337 switches work in failsafe. However, the QCA8337 PHY driver was not, so the internal PHYs bound to genphy and missed the chip-specific setup in qca83xx_config_init(), such as disabling EEE. Switch to kmod-dsa-qca8k for the MX65 instead, which now pulls in kmod-phy-qca83xx. Both are loaded in preinit, and the PHY driver loads first, so failsafe keeps working and the PHYs get the right driver. This also removes qca8k from the kernel of every other bcm53xx device. Attach an extra patch sent upstream to use the internal MDIO, which no longer supports generic PHY.
