98164e390d rtpmidid: bump to version 24.12 
Bump rtpmidid to version 24.12. The new release fix support for CMake >=
4.0 version and permit to drop all patch (everything is upstream)

272f55e87f treewide: refresh hashes after move to use ZSTD as default 
With the recent move to using ZSTD as the default compression format
for packaging git repo clones we must refresh all of the hashes for
the packages feed as well.

0c10c224be treewide: remove AUTORELEASE 
Automatically compute and substitute current values for all
$(AUTORELEASE) instances as this feature is deprecated and shouldn't be
used.

The following temporary change was made to the core:

07f2f926af rtpmidid: add package 
Add RTP MIDI server package allowing to import/export local MIDI
clients or hardware devices to the local network using Apple's
RTP MIDI protocol.
