musl 1.2.4 deprecated legacy "LFS64" ("large file support") interfaces so
just having _GNU_SOURCE defined is not enough anymore.
Manually pass -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE to allow to keep using LFS64 definitions.

Automatically compute and substitute current values for all
$(AUTORELEASE) instances as this feature is deprecated and shouldn't be
used.

This replaces the use of uci_validate_section() with
uci_load_validate(), which removes the need to declare local variables
for every config option.
This also adds a service_triggers() function, removes a duplicate
option, and removes some unnecessary curly brackets.

Make sure we pass down TARGET_CPPFLAGS and TARGET_LDFLAGS to fix build
with external toolchains that don't automatically search for headers and
libraries in $(STAGING_DIR).
