- fix broadcast messages bypassing path/interface/member checks

Daniel Golle e865d130b8 xdg-dbus-proxy: update to 0.1.7 
Changes in 0.1.7 (2025-04-07):
  * Drop the autotools build system
  * Unbreak the CI
  * Prevent a crash on disconnect

Daniel Golle bea58eea06 xdg-dbus-proxy: add package 
xdg-dbus-proxy is a filtering proxy for D-Bus connections. It is used to
allow partial access to D-Bus form sandboxed processes, eg. when using
bubblewrap.
